Letter of Appointment – General Insurance | Master Builders Insurance Brokers

For MBIB to act as your General Insurance Broker you need to formally appoint us by completing the letter of appointment below.

Please note:

• LOA's must be signed by a director, financial controller, or owner of the buinsess,
  
  
• The LOA must be printed on your business letterhead (if you do not have letterhead, please include your full name, business name and address at the top of the LOA),
  
  
• LOA's must be dated as they have a validity period.
